A Morning of Miracles

We can think of no better day to share a miracle...or three! 🎄🌟🌈

As you are reading this, three families are finding a surprise from Jane's Fund under their trees: Two fully paid home mortgages, one completed car loan and a partridge in a pear tree!

Wyatt

3- year-old Wyatt has an aggressive brain tumor. Back in March, Jane's Fund paid for roof repair on their family home, making it a safe environment for him to live. Since then, the disease has progressed and Wyatt has moved to hospice care. His family is working to make this Christmas as special as possible for their family, including Wyatt's twin brother and 2 older brothers. To add to life's stressors, they are also housing Wyatt's aunt as she battles stage 4 ovarian cancer.

This morning, Wyatt's parents are opening a letter from Jane's Funding sharing that the remaining $130,000 on their mortgage has been paid, and the house fully belongs to them.

Antonio

9-year-old Antonio is battling brain cancer with a poor prognosis. His earnest and hard working parents have shown super human strength, caring for Antonio while continuing to work to keep up with daily bills. As Antonio's needs increase, their car payment has become harder and harder to manage. Jane's Fund paid 3 months of payments earlier this year, to get them through the holidays.

Today, Antonio's parents are discovering that Jane's Fund has fully paid off the remaining $18,000 on their car loan, eliminating that expense and allowing them a moment of well deserved rest and time together.

Ethan

Ethan was diagnosed with a Germ Cell Tumor in 2022, then relapsed in May of 2023. He was referred to hospice care the week that his social worker first reached out to Jane’s Fund, as the tumor continued to progress despite treatment.

Ethan is brother to five siblings and son to the hardest working parents you’ll ever find. His stepmom has been his biggest champion, advocate and friend, staying by his side since day one even quitting her job to care for him. Earlier this year, Jane's Fund paid one year of their home mortgage payments, allowing his family time to be together in his last weeks.

Ethan made his journey to heaven one week after Thanksgiving and now his family is facing the holidays without their "sweet soul" of a son and brother. Today, in hopes of shining light into the darkness, they will find a letter sharing that the $80,000 remaining on their home mortgage has been paid and it fully belongs to them.

None of this is possible without generous supporters and dedicated community partnerships. Thank you.
