Answered Prayers

It was an emotional moment during a FaceTime call with the Lanier family as they broke down in tears, sharing, “You are prayers answered" ...

When we learned about Willow, a cheerful 2-year-old recently diagnosed with neuroblastoma in her pelvis, we at Jane’s Fund knew we had to step in and support her special family.

Willow was adopted when she was just two weeks old by Tracy and Josh, who are also raising two of their grandchildren. This family of five lives in a rundown one-bedroom mobile home, where Willow, Tracy, and Josh share the living room, while the two grandkids share a bed in the bedroom. With Willow currently undergoing chemotherapy, Tracy and Josh realized they needed better living conditions to protect her immunocompromised health. They found a great deal on their dream home but faced challenges securing funding.

Thanks to the guidance of their social worker at Atrium Health Wake Forest, Jane’s Fund was able to purchase and relocate a brand new home to their land. “This is truly a life-changing gift for this family. They have made tremendous sacrifices for these children and have worked hard to own their own land.” - Jodi, Atrium Health Social Worker

Because of your support, we are able to provide a safe home where their rich love can continue to grow, allowing Willow space to rest and heal. Your generosity allows these and other prayers to be answered, as miracles are abound.
