TJ Marches to Heaven

Our brave friend TJ made his journey to heaven at just 3 years old.

TJ was diagnosed with leukemia in August of 2022 and underwent strong chemotherapy, immunotherapy and even a bone marrow transplant. His incredible social worker with Atrium Health, Juliet Galton, advocated for TJ and his mother every step of the way, and was kind enough to share their story with Jane's Fund.

In May of this year, Jane's Fund paid for mold remediation and a new HVAC system in his home, allowing him to safely return home between treatments, spending as many days as possible comfortably with his mom and in his own bed.

Just this past November, as TJ entered hospice, we were able to pay five months of home, utility and car bills for his mother, allowing her time and space to care for TJ as he died.

It was YOU who enabled Jane's Fund to walk alongside TJ's mother. Your generosity and support made fast and critical funding possible.  And we know it will be you who will keep their family on your hearts and minds in the months to come.

We are grateful for the life and love of TJ and for the opportunity to be a small part of his story.

No fear this Friday. Fly on, sweet TJ!
