Never Give Up
How often do you meet someone who refuses to give up and their courageous attitude to "GO FOR IT" leaves you in wonder and awe? Not often, and when it happens, it's often a child or student who will not let the world pollute their dream.
Caring for a grandfather who suffered from dementia, Emna Jade grew up determined she would pursue a career in neuroscience, ultimately deciding to become a neurosurgeon. Learning the HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) Club at Olympic High School does not have the funds to attend and compete in the three-day NC leadership conference this year, Emma Jade decided to take matters into her own hands. Not only is she fighting for herself but for her peers: 23 students pursuing healthcare careers in nursing, ultrasound technology, nutrition, medicine, and psychology.
As the Olympic High students quiz and challenge each other in afterschool "Healthcare Jeopardy" to prepare to compete on a national level, Jane's Fund needs your help supporting these students with servant hearts who are our future healers and medical leaders.
