Sport Mode One was born out of that vision, understanding that the principles student-athletes learn within the game all translate to how they can bridge the gap between communities in Charlotte.

In their own words "We create opportunities for student-athletes to learn from coaches about what it takes to increase their athletic and social skills. By expanding how students see themselves and each other, they realize the future is theirs to create."

For a second year in a row, Jane's Fund has sponsored two summer camps through SMO, alongside year-old after school enrichment camps for 150 kids, funding scholarships for students that may not otherwise have the opportunity.

Most importantly, Jane's Fund began an all-important donut-tradition, making sure to deliver treats to at least one practice each season!
