World Changers

Meet Jazzie, an inspiring alumnus of West Charlotte High School and first-generation college student attending Queens University where she's double majoring in Psychology and Philosophy & Religion. 

Jazzie is one of many students Jane's Fund has sponsored to attend Queen City Scholars - a program designed to prepare high-achieving, under-resourced public high school students for college success. The program's unique approach includes a three-summer residential experience, providing scholars with valuable insights into college life while offering essential academic, social, and college access support. Jazzie shares that the academic experience away from home not only prepared her for a successful high school graduation, but also equipped her with essential life skills to navigate the transition to college and overcome life's challenges. 

At Jane's Fund, we believe that all youth, regardless of their zip code or socio-economic status, should have the opportunity to grow their gifts and talents, enabling them to be world-changers like Jazzie. Thanks to you, we are able to fund transformative programs in and out of the classroom that empower students to be successful in life.
